Refund and Return Policies

Workshops

Congratulations on treating yourself to a writing workshop, and sincere thanks for trusting me to guide you. Because workshop spots are limited, payment is collected when you reserve your place through Stripe, and workshop registrations are generally non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else by getting in touch with me before the workshop starts.

Books

For my books of poetry, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or there’s been a mistake with your shipment. If that happens, please contact me with your order details and a photo, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

If you have any questions, just reach out — I’m happy to help.
